What is Your Exchange Policy?

All garments in your order are eligible for an exchange, provided they are untried, unworn, and unwashed. The price/brand tags and all original packaging must remain intact.

What is Your Return Policy?

Your first-ever Chaddiman is covered by our 100% Satisfaction Guarantee. Please ensure the product is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.

You are welcome to try on a shorts, but please take care to preserve its condition if you wish to return or exchange. We offer a flexible 7-day return policy for these items.

Please note: For any order, if you request an exchange/return more than once, a shipping fee of INR 50 will be charged.

What If I Receive a Damaged Garment?

In the rare event that you receive a damaged or defective garment, please notify us immediately at hello@chaddiman.com with pictures of the garment. We will promptly replace it for you, subject to stock availability.

What If I Receive the Wrong Garment?

If you receive a garment that is not part of your order, please notify us immediately at hello@chaddiman.com with pictures of the garment. We will promptly replace it for you.

Return or Replacement Will Be Void If:

  • The return request exceeds 14 days from the date of receipt of the order.
  • The product has been used.
  • The product has been tampered with or altered.
  • The damage is due to misuse, such as damage/defects caused by third-party services like laundry, washing machines, or ironing.
  • The product is returned without all original packaging and accessories, including the box/pouch, tags, barcodes, and all other items originally included with the product.
  • The products returned are different from what was shipped.

Note: Any request for a refund, return, or exchange will not be processed if the product is received in a condition that differs from its original state or has been altered in any way.
